Explanation
According to newton first law of motion
Every body continues in its state of rest or uniform motion in a straight line unless it is compelled by some external force to change that state.
It says that if a body is at rest continues in its state of rest, external force has to applied to move it. For example, a chair lying on floor will continue to there unless we move it(apply external force).
Also, A body in uniform motion continues in its uniform motion in a straight line unless an external effort (force) is applied to it. It doesn't change its direction by itself. For example, when a vehicle moves, the mud sticking to its wheel flies off tangentially, moves in a straight line.
Also from newton second law of motion,
The rate of change of momentum of a body is directly proportional to the external force applied on the body and the change takes place in the direction of applied force.
In other words, force is directly proportional to both mass and acceleration. If F=0, and m can not be equal to zero, then a=0, results that rate of change velocity is zero.
It means velocity is either constant or zero.
If v is constant then uniform motion.
Thus, object has no interaction with the surrounding.
