INFLUENCE : Influence has countless benefits and it denotes a power of success in workplace. Gaining influence in a workplace or on a team often receives more respect and appreciation. There are many strategies to be followed for an effective results. 1. Build trust with your co-workers: Influence is more often and most easily carried out through trust. It is possible to assign task on workers by a higher positioned or an authority person in a team, but true influence suggests a free will component. In addition to this,a healthy and influential working realtionship cultivate trust. 2. Cultivate responsibility through consistency: Consistency is vital for building influence. To support an ideas, consistency motivates to express a strong and reliable information and it also demonstrates a degree of dedication. 3. Be assertive: Express the ideas and thoughts with a high degree of confidence that indicates conviction. Cultivate a reputation of authority and earn ability to influence all peer groups and employees. 4.Be flexible: Stay rigid in your statement when there is a contradiction from others, but work with them to find a mutually acceptable solutions. Also, show the flexibility while holding the team on your beliefs. 5. Be personal: Build an interpersonal relationship with all the members of the team to know each other and to cultivate a personal working relationship within the team. COMPLIANCE: 1. Establishment of written policies and procedures should be organized to promote the commitment to compliance. 2. Monitor compliance efforts and enforce standards of practicing. 3. Formal educations and trainings to all levels of employees. 4. Assess the effectiveness of compliance by auditing and monitoring system, thus helps to identify the issues. 5. Develop policies to enforce standards of conduct with disciplinary measures for employees who fail to comply with requirements. 6. ARGUMENT ABOUT HEALTH APPLICATIONS: Health applications have a range of goals - to encourage people to adopt a healthy behavior while others help the patients to manage their conditions by reducing diabetes and blood pressure. A healthy body denotes a person free from diseases. In my opinion, a healthy person does not need an application to take care on his body rather the person should follow certain restrictions on lifestyles. They are a) diet including fruits and vegetables b) daily exercise c) routine check ups d) no to alcohol and smoking and e) a stress free life. HOW CAN YOU INFLUENCE A PRE-DIABETIC PERSON TO USE A DIABETIC APPLICATION? Managing diabetes is essential to humans in living with poor glucose control. Diabetes applications helps to educate and monitor the users on nutrition and helps to eliminate unhealthy foods. For a person with pre- diabetes, the person should be influnced by a) educating the importance of applications and how it works b) instructions about nutritional intake of foods and what to avoid ( less carbohydrate diets) c) exercise to reduce the weight d) make aware of symptoms and e) how to monitor glucose levels. HOW WILL THE CLOSING THE LOOP HELP IN INFLUENCE AND COMPLIANCE? Closing the loop means checking in or closing the deal in order for the system to remain stable. EFFECTIVE STRATEGY FOR IMPLEMENTING INFLUENCE: 1. Empowerment: Empowerment makes others to feel valued by involving them in decision-making and giving them recognition. 2. Interpersonal relationship: Communication within the team is an essential tool in implementing the strategy. A friendly approah within the team, helps the higher person to identify others opinions and can positions one's ideas to address them. Feeling of trust helps others to raise their opinions. 3. Bargaining: It helps in gaining support of others by negotiating a mutually satisfactory outcome, exchanging favors or by resources. 4.Organizational awareness: Through effective communication, the authority person identifies the real workers with highly valued opinions. It helps to identfy the key influencers and gets support at the time of emergencies. 5. Impact management: Managing a team is a crucial responsible for a team leader. The leader within the team is responsible for the outcomes. So, appropriate method of teaching is necessary to the members of the team to identify the ideas and to dwell as a good employee among other me
