2.Three aims are required to improve the US health care system.it is called Triple Aim,because it aims in improving the experience of care, improving the experience of the health of populations, reduce percapita costs of health care. The components of Triple aim are not independent of eachother.Any change in one can affect the other two. When we try to improve care for individuals ,it will raise costs, especially if the improvements demands innovative and costly technologies.if we try to eliminate unnecessary therapies or diagnostic tests .it can lead to cost reduction.Triple aim is based on balance and depends on the promise of equity,ie health for a particular population should not be gained on the expense of the other population. The biggest obstacle to the pursuit of Triple aim is supply -driven demand. The distorted financing system mirrors the fragmented health care system ,only an effective integrator can support the triple aim.To control cost the first step would be to define ,measure and making transparent the percapita cost of care for a defined population.T control percapita costs initiatives should be taken to reduce wastes especially in procedures, tests, errors or other valuless services.Financial management in a system is the hallmark for pursuing triple aim.An integrator should be able cross the boundaries.
