Families having similar characteristics in culture, religion,race etc living together in any area is known as community. The family takes up the major role in imparting education at the various stages of a individual's development i.e. physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual .A home provides every life situation that needs training to an individual in the family and community.Home and community played important role in moulding an individual. Success or failure, good or poor adjustment, happiness or unhappiness are much more a matter of character than of intelligence. Happy homes tend to build happiness and harmony in community and nation .Art of human relations and adjustment are important for people in any community. So the mother and father always raised their children in a way that their personality is good and confident . The individual raised in peace and happiness in a community works towards better future of world.

But in present families are becoming more sheltered in existence. For their personal fulfillment needs they donot raise children. The children also are over protected so they donot know how to face problems in life.The children are not raised in peace and harmony ,as jobs of father and mother are hard as well as demanding . The kids donot get the necessary attention . Communication within communities beacame less . Face to face communications are declining because of smart phones, social network like facebook, watsup , etc. Lack of guidance from family and conmmunity leads an individual to act alone without thinking about others or society.
