Expert Solution

Answer- For keeping accounting records in computerized system, as mentioned in this case specifically to control Inventory will be Computerized Stock Control System which includes different systems as follows:

Jock can use POS to maintain and record Inventory flow with different types and costs. In POS system he can keep track of Inventory at different locations without being present there.

Apart from this he can use BAR code reader which identify the product and bar codes from your computer. It speeds up processing and recording.

It also involves automatic supervision of Inventory, also inform about the inventory level, danger level, reorder level, batch details, idle inventory or perishable goods information, search cheap and best suppliers, etc.

For Sales and purchase order processing he can link stock and price with the invoice and accounting formats, after that on the basis of purchase order sales order can be linked and find out the cost and profit per product, only he has to enter the data once in the computer system.
