Answer -Economic inequality is defined as the unequal distribution of income and different types of opportunities between particular groups or region of the society.Economic inequality also leads in the increase in the poverty ,hunger ,inestability of individuals.Income inequality is especially harming womens and childrens more then as compare to males.Economic ineqality leads to the womens workers to work in condition in which they are getting wages less then the wages set by the government.Females employees also discriminated by the employers in terms of salary because for a particular work mens generally get more salary then the female employees as employers thinks males are more effective and efficient then females employees even they are doing same type of work.There is economic inequality with womens on the basis of sex,age.colour,too because womens are less favorable candidates for any organization when recruitment takes place,age is also key factor which creates inequality as old age womens employees are forced to work with less compensations as compare to young ones.Economic ineqality on the basis of colour means in the corporates sectors every employers want that the colour of there female employees should be fair and female employees should attractive too for the posts like customer relation executives and for human resources deparments.There is also some statement claims like an attractive womens attract good compensation norms as compare to an unattractive female employees.Childrens are also getting harm due to income inequality as they suffers some serious health issues due to lack of treatment ,the education of childrens also effected badly by the income inequality as they are not able to continue their higher studies due to the poverty or due to the lack of money and money difference create due to the income inequality. Income inequalty affects mental health as well as social discrimination of the individuals.A women who is earning less then she deserves or she is getting the amount of money which is not sufficient for her day to day living life and she is also not able to fullfill the demand of her childrens like education ,proper food,treatment of health issues then it will automatically depressed her inside ,her thinking capacity will also effect due to stress and tensions thats why income inequality refers as curse for the society.
