SOLUTION :
Field Notes are generally the data collections of different stations, lengths, angles and pictures of field outlay etc.
Now generally there are several things which we need to keep in our mind while we are taking field notes. Among this things some things are necessary to do and some things are not necessary or which we should avoid,
Among such not necessary things four informations are :
1. The field notes should not be written or drawn by using ink. Rather than that we generally use pencils. Therefore usage of ink is not necessary.
2. After drawing the pictures or sketches of such field outlay we should not erase it or overwrite it for any correction. So erasing and overwriting are not necessary here.
3. Before plotting field data in field book we should not face any confusion or doubt regarding the data. In other words if we plot data in field book with such confusion then it must need the correction else the wrong data will cause a disruption in our field survey, So that confusion, doubts etc should be avoided as well as approximations are not necessary.
4. The field notes in field book should be neat and clean for better understanding purpose. Therefore unclear, dirty hand writing are not necessary in field notes.
