1.Suppose you are implementing a new employee developmental plan. You are requested to design a complete form that you would use to implement this new program. Ensure that it contains all of the elements of a good developmental plan including employee’s personal particulars.
2.Now you are required to establish a personal developmental plan for yourself by filling ALL required information in the form that you have designed in Task 1. 1) The course will provide a basic grounding of financial concepts to be able to start working on financial accounting aspects. Post clearing the certification exam , they require you to complete a 3 month temporary part-time role within the IT Finance department that will allow me to work under the supervision of the Finance managers and learn financial accounting on-the-job. The managers will provide a sign-off of completion once they are satisfied that I can single-handedly manage the creation and review of budgets for new projects.
2) The Active listening course provides a practical aspect which will have me engage with customers as part of the extended sales and marketing team. In this part-time role I will have the chance to view up-close how the firm deals with customers. The Cultural diversity classroom training includes several hours/days of working with the european and asian branches to build experience in dealing with people of all cultures.
3) Toastmasters' club offers multiple levels of achievement with 3 being the required level to be able to present effectively to senior management within the firm
These activities will be done outside of the normal duties but with permission from the immediate manager to ensure that I will be on the track to assume solo project management duties by year 3 and will be able to seek certification by year 5.
