When a group becomes a team, the long term benefits for the respective stakeholders are as below:

Manager

  • Through resolving conflicts among team members, manager builds a good team who understands the team dynamics
  • Manager is able to align the team with the overall vision and mission of the organisation,
  • Through team building, the relationship between the team members and the managers become more casual, more fluidic and mutually beneficial. There is a higher element trust between the manager and his team members.
  • Improved employee engagement among the team members and are able to cooperate with manager’s directive to carry out tasks as a team through collaborating and achieve the company goals.
