-- Due to this affordable care act, the demand for persons need treatment is high but the health care providers services have become shortage after the introduction of this act. Then the healthcare providers are decided to improve the healthcare services to those people by enhancing the staff and recruiting the new members in clinics, emergency centers.

-- They even installed the new technology equipments, more monitors for providing better quality of care to those patients who has the insurances leads to increase the demand.

- But even after the enhancing the capacity of health care services to patients, still they cannot meet all the patient needs and has the problem of shortage of workforce in this services.

the role of government:

The federal government make affordable healthcare act gives permission to health insurances to people and it helpful in the coverages of patient costs and can provide quality of care to patient who are in need.
