Regarding the notion of organizational culture, structure and styles of management from the perspectives of Handy’s (1976) and Miles & Snow (1978). These authors provided their frameworks that are different from each other’s. What you have to do:
Take an organization with which you are familiar or imaginary organization and evaluate & relate or apply Handy’s and Miles & Snow’s typologies (scientific/logical classification/steps of organizational culture, structure and styles) that they provided in their approaches or framework.

The company I would like to take is Amazon because of its huge working and organisational structure it is possessing. Mike and Snow's Typology works on the fundamental problems which are the entrepreneurial, administrative and engineering problems that organisation tries to achieve sustainability and profitability.
Entrepreneurial Problem: Entrepreneurial problem arises when the organisation is suffering of how to effectively make the objectives and the long term goals of the organisation which the business man tries to achieve and set targets and standards for the working of the organisation. One try to make a cultural organisation to deal with these problems.
Administrative Problem: Administrative problems talks about the management problems. Organisations need to manage the organisation in the most effective and strategic way to organise the department and direct the employees in such a way to make them understand the importance of the objectives and the standards to achieve the organisational strategies and goals.
Engineering Problems: At last, the engineering problems refers to the operational level strategies and operations in the organisations. All the operational problems in the workforce regarding their actual performance, quality and quantity produced is effective managed and produced to have to structural organisation to set and work to achieve tasks.
