Well designed elements of a retail property will be including the elements of interior decoration and dealing with the structural issues and addition of the heating system and Re-wiring of the house or new windows of the house and these all embedded elements can appreciate the value of the retail property

Poorly developed retail will be all such damaged interiors which will be unattractive to the buyers and they will be leading to a lower price.
