After the projectile touches the surface of the water, it enters the sea experiencing a constant horizontal retardation of -25 m / s ^ 2 and a constant vertical retardation of -3 m / s ^ 2, both for a time of 2 sec, after of which, the projectile only descends with constant speed until it touches the sea floor. If the total time that the projectile was in motion is 25 seconds, determine the distance in a straight line between the projectile's point of departure and the point where it touches the sea floor.
