As we all are aware of the fact that time is is changes very fastly and various companies are adopting a new style of doing the business because technologies playing a vital role in the development process of the various companies around the world. There are various ways by which you can check your performance management system of your organization that whether they are adopting a traditional system or an advanced system. If your organization is still looking at the past performance instead of looking at their future targets then your organization is using a traditional system because organizations are looking for future goals that they have to achieve by giving competition in the market. Moreover, if your organization is still working at same objectives which it was made a long time back then your organization is using a traditional system because nowadays organization is having new strategies and plans every day in order to achieve their long-term goals and if short term goals are achieved on a regular basis then you can easily achieve your long term goals. Furthermore, if your organization working for certain customers then and it is using a study signal system that has organizations I work every day in order to increase their customers which will help the company to grow and can have a competitive advantage over there competitors in the market. Growth is very necessary for any organization as it helps them to achieve their objectives effectively and efficiently.
