  • HR team should consult with line/ reporting manager and senior management (example sales) for how many sales executive/ area managers/ regional managers are needed in what specific geography and for which new/ existing project
  • Line managers will be able to tell what kind of technical and commercial skills are required in a specific project, what basic and higher educational qualifications/ range of years of work experience/ type of projects or clients handles, specifically for each positions
  • Then HR should engaged self team/ job portals/ recruitment agencies, depending on hiring budget available and timeline for each of these positions and follow further recruitment operations interviews etc.

2. Effective ways:

  • Advertise on your industry related job portals about the openings detailing on your company brand image and importance of job role/ person in the company plus associated benefits
  • Hire specialized recruitment agencies in your industry, who can promote your brand to do specific head hunting
  • Use LinkedIn/ Twitter etc. professional networking to do proper information communication about your company/ new and upcoming projects/ strengths of your company/ long secured career etc.
