Answer-
According to the given question-
Gram Staining are used for the identification of bacteria from the population such as those bacteria which retain the crystal violet dye during staining and appeared as purple-coloured are called gram positive bacteria such as species of Staphylococcus and rod shaped bacterial species such as bacillus, cornybacterium, clostridium etc. while those not retain the eye are appeared as pink red are called gram negative bacteria such as P. aeruginosa, E. coli, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, etc.
Acid fast test is are done by using Ziehl-Neelsen staining in which the dye Carbol fuchsin colour all the microorganism but when the Decolorizing agent such as Acid alcohol are used the acid fast microorganisms remain red while non acid fast microorganisms become colorless. after this step a Counter stain such as Methylene blue or malachite green is used. the acid fast microorganisms remains red while non acid fast microorganisms become blue.
So considering the information given in the question-
The test results contains gram positive and Acid fast negative , rod shape bacili and we have to observe that it is capable of spore forming is not .
gram positive,Acid fast negative, rod shape bacili - Generally gram positive bacteria form endospore but some species of gram negative also from endospore.
So based on this information we can easily predict that the microorganisms that are observed in the results is spore forming or not.
Corynebacteria is gram positive bacillus , rod shaped, acid fast negative and does not form endospore.
