Requirement in project documentation. What should the project manager do to resolve the situation with the stakeholders?
There are different stakeholders with different requirements in a project that should be resolved before pursuing the project. For this, the project manager should take following initiatives.
A. To work with the clients to identify and fix key deliverables of the project, objectives and scope as well as time based milestones to be achieved in the project.
B. To ensure that the project comply with the all regulations, standard and norms as well as the environmental laws to take care of the best interest of the regulatory bodies.
C. To work upon the project in a way that create value for the community and creates positive impact.
D. Adequate HR planning to bring project team whose members complements each other. It creates a project team culture that makes the team to be greater than the sum of their parts.
The project delivery should create profit maximization for the shareholders. For this purpose, the manager should do the careful planning, analysis and essential forecasting with documentation to achieve the deliverable and create value for the organization.
