1.What is the relation between Leader-Member Exchange and diverse team turnover/performance?
Basically leader member exchange include a high focus on the interaction between a leader and an individual leader. The outcome of a successful leadership is dependent upon the level of interaction of leader with his team members.
In leader member exchange, each and every individual of a group or team is taken into consideration. There should be proper interaction in between leader and subordinates, all this factur enhances the overall performance of the group.
In diverse team turnover/performance, a very high level of performance and Innovation is there as different min had different set of thinking.
Both leader member exchange and diverse team turnover/performance enhances the performance and Innovation of the organisation, both inside a high level of interaction among respective groups or teams.
Leaders are having a very big responsibility inorder to enhance the turnover of the organisation. Leaders must manages diverse team and their performances. Leader treat everyone in the group equally but sometimes there is some people in the group who have good experience while working with leader so it is very much important for the leaders to maintain a high level of quality relationship consistency with each and every individual within team because diverse team can provide a very high level of turnover and high performance to the whole organisation.
