1. Food and Drug Administration approved all most all the birth control methods.Where as the first approval made by FDA is on the birth control pills in 1960.FDA has a complete right to approve or deny if the drug found to be not safe.So as a part of safety associated with hormonal intake and use of certain equipments or methods of birth control must need approval.

2. Women portrayal for the societey in regard to birth control measures is so negative that she may loose her marital life if any women practices any that control births.But from the past 25 years every one in the societey almost involved in population reduction by following many birth control measures.

3. Three barrier methods of birth control are

  • 1. Avoiding sperm entering the uterus of the woman by releasing the semen outside.
  • 2. Male or female condoms
  • 3. Spermicidal foams.

4. Three hormonal methods of birth control

  • 1. Oestrogen and progesterone pills and progestin only.
  • 2. Intra uterine devices, vaginal rings
  • 3. Diaphragms

5. Natural methods of birth control

  • 1. Calendar rhythm method
  • 2. With drawl coitus

6. Advantages : No need of any use of other methods.

Can use effectively with a proper planning.

Disadvantages: Improper calculation in calendar method may results in child birth.

With drawl from coitus at the time of ejaculation cannot be some times controlled which may result in failure.

7. Advantages of Male condom : Can be safe in avoiding sperm entering the uterus.

Also sexually transmitted diseases can be avoided.

Disadvantages : Damage of condom any time which may spill the sperm.

Improper managing may also result in spilling of sperms in the vagina.

8. Potential more serious side effects of pills are

  • a. Cervical cancers
  • b. Migraines

9.Menstrual cramping can be eliminated by

  • Taking cumin seeds in water
  • Hot water bath
  • Dry ginger and black pepper tea.
  • Massage of back and lower abdomen.
