Advantages:

• Advanced technology has given many things to people in current world it also have reduces cost for affording the one employee in place of two employees. Many places have placed advanced technology to reduce the man power in their organization. Exa: IVR has now reduced the requirement of receptionist in many places by touching screen on phone during appointment call one can book appointment and have the exact time and date of interview thus reducing the unnecessary requirement of receptionist
• Technology advancement has innovated many new application and software that ease the human life and introduced the new technology. Exa: Uber has reinvented their transportation system and introduced their apps.
• Communication has been lightning fast with newer technology people can contact their relative, friend anywhere anytime, now business conference can be done being anywhere, many companies have ditched traditional meeting way now people can join in official conference from any part of world.
• Technological advancement has seen driverless car which will allow people to have taxis that are driverless and less accident prone.

Disadvantages:

• With introduction of new technologies we have seen the many jobs are taken by the computer or technology and it will leave human with no job that destabilize the economy and adverse effect on country, People tend commit crime and theft in order to survive in the world and to live.
• Advance technology has seen the many state of the art facility shut down with introduction. One of the example is Blackberry which was known for its state of the art in smartphone which was destroyed by the introduction of iPhone and Android.
• New technology has killed the privacy in real life, as CEO or MD can talk and have conference with manager even if the manager is on vacation or on leave. With instant communication organization can bother him anywhere regardless of privacy of manager or any other employee.
• Driverless technology have more disadvantages than advantages as skilled driver will go out of employment and because of that business which is dependent on driver also get affected. Long routes gas pumps and restaurant who often depend on commuting drivers will hugely affect as driverless cars don’t have drivers and will not stop at those bars, restaurant or gas pumps.
