Solutions

Expert Solution

In spite of the fact that Anna knows she is fat and she must initiate for workout/ exercise, she is not involved in it.

Anna might be having in her mind some of the following aspects-

1- She is with a casual, rather careless approach.

2- She tends to be lazy.

3- She is not finding time for workout.

4- She gets tired due to a workoholic day and thus exercise remains a dream.

5- She may not be affording to join a gym.

6- She may be feeling that there has to be someone, may be a friend who joins a gym with her.

Anna can get motivated towards exercise/ workout through the following-

1- She must begin it "Today" and should not postpone it for "Tomorrow".

2- She can save money through cutting expenses on some other things like apparels, drinks etc and channelise the same to workout.

3- She can request a friend/ neighbour to join her for workout.

4- Realise that exercise is not reflecting lavish things or luxury but it's a need.

5- Co- relate "exercise and workout" to best lifestyle.

6- Don't quit.
