CLINICAL TERMINOLOGIES make the base of coded details and give the data arrangement needed for semantic interoperability and well-being details exchange.The clinical terimologies can be defined as the systematized words and their synonyms which documents clients findings,state of affairs,incidents and involvements with adequate features to support the clinical supervision,result analysis and quality development.
CLASSIFICATIONS are the clinical vocabulary,nomenclature or the terminology which records the idioms or words with its definitions,delivers for the correct utilization of the clinical terms as the signs or names ,and eases mapping systematized terms to wider categorizations for directorial,governing and fiscal needs.
CODING SYSTEM means the collection of numeral or both letters and numeral presentations or preserving details or codes for exchanging and the coding can be said as the procedure of allocating numerals or letters and numeral presentation to clinical certification.
