A) Employer: An owner of business, organisation or committee who may be individual or groups of members who generates employment are called employer. Employer may be of many types. Apart from the traditional employer in this era of internet employers may also be present in the existance of online or virtual . There are several organisations in this world who works virtually and are genuine too that they have satisfied employees too.

B) Employee: There are various types of employees like full time , part time ,casual , offroll , onroll , virtual and others . Actually in this fast world and continously changing business styles , business positions changes and that too the hiring techniques and hiring terms and conditions. Nowadays employers are avoiding the liabilities of the employees but also loves to interact with the efficient employees to get their work done.

C) Independent contractors are the freelancers who works with the companies by obeying the rules and regulations. They generally get paid on the per job basis but they dont have other liabilities of the company as the other employees have.
