First of all we will have to be aware about the beliefs of people of district. If we respect the beliefs of people then only we can become emotionally attached with them. Our knowledge should be utilized in most productive manner.

Different people may have different perspectives and the the reasons for those perspectives should tried to be understood so that better adjustments can be developed. We should hear all the arguments from each and every side.

Healthy communication assists in development of better and synchronized environment. If any problem arises then the root cause of that problem should tried to be identified. People should be motivated to respect the cultural differences of each other.

Different cultures may have a common ground. If that common ground is being identified then we can develop better bonding among people of different backgrounds. There also remains a need to develop more stronger emotional bindings among people.

Such bonding can be developed by getting exposed more and more with each other. Lesser communication creates confusions and superstitions. Clarity of thought is must. People should be encouraged to participate in each other's festivals.

They should help each other during their hard times. Various programs can be organised at various times so that more interaction can take place among people with diverse backgrounds. Various cultural competitions can also be organised.

Different fairs with display of handicraft items can also help in development of cultural bonding. Curriculum should be designed in a manner so that students can study about different cultures. Multilingual study programs also generate respect for different cultures.

Programs with theme of food exchange can prove to be effective in the process of knowing each other's culture in a better manner.
