Problem: In the fast-moving world of today, no one has the time to spend time and look for professionals fix their household items issues.
How does it affect the client: The issues with items at home like civil, plumbing, electricals, etc. keep piling up and people keep living with all these problems because they don’t have time to get them fixed.
Solution: At urban housekeeper, we provide real time service and connect you to nearby service men and women to take care of your household issues.
Value proposal: We are expecting the intial startup cost to include: server costs, computer hardware system cost, license costs, employees (coders) cost, and few real time costs. We are expected to break even on these costs at the 6th month from go live date. We then plan to break even on revenue earned to cater these costs. The company will begin earning profit from 12th month from go live date.
Services offered: We will provide a web and mobile based application to connect users to nearby technicians depending upon user’s needs. There will be GPS based positioning helping us to track the location of service required. Offerings will be wide range including services like plumbing, civil, electrician, mechanic, cleaners, etc.
Benefits: Easy access to services. 24X7 services. Precise location based service.
Target market: Households with all working people; Bachelor households; Households with people not willing to work home chores.
Size of the market: We can easily cover 30-40% of all the households in any given city/state.
Sales/growth/profit: As explained earlier we will break even at 6th month from go live, survive running costs on revenue for another 6 months and start profit from 1st year. In terms of growth, depending upon marketing and increase in market share we can grow at a steady pace of around 5-10%.
Resources: Mentioned above in value proposal. Apart from that we need to coordinate with local service shops in areas.
