My current position has 24/7 oversight and up until COVID allowed me to sleep each night with minimal issues or late calls. NOW I am working everyday, on my phone constantly, looking for staff to work, getting updates about #'s and census. It is exhausting.
We need to insure we have some type of balance. Can you share some suggestions?
Some important things which we need to aware during covid-19 epidemic
Employees those who are stepping out during the lockdown after the two months they should follows some rules and regulations given bellow:
1) Don't panic and don't take any stress.
2) Use mask,gloves,PPE kits,full sleeve shirt and cap.
3)Always sanetize your hands and mobile phone time to time.
4) Make social distances as much as possible from people to stop the spread.
5) use separated room and keep distances from your love ones and family.
6)Always discard your clothes in bucket for wash and sanetize and take shower with warm water before entering the room.
7)Take a lukewarm water and gargle.
8)use of mobile phones as less as possible outside of the house.
9) If you are infected then you should be self quarantined and take a rest alone.
10) Take vitamin-C,protein,vitamin-D(milk) for immunity and consult with your doctor.
11)We should follow rules and guidelines of government during covid-19
