• 1.) Satisfaction of the customer through continuous delivery of product --
• It is very important to keep your customer happy and engaged with working version of product. Make small chnages in the product if required.
• 2.) Divide large work into smaller and quick achievement of the task --
• Complex task can be time and energy consuming so divide the worrk into smaller part and then it become easy to be completed. the customer would be always kept in the loop and it become easier for the team mamber to identify potential bottlenack.
• 3.) Decide timefram for the delivery of the product --
• 4.) The stalholders should make sure that the project is going in the right direction --
• The principle of agile helps to encourage the stakholders and remain involved in all stages of project.
• 5.) Encourage and motivate the team mambers to get the job done.
• 6.) Hold face to face communication over other methods.
• 7.) Working software should be primary measure of progress.
• 8.) Maintain constant pace of development.
• 9.) Maintain quality of products and pay attantion to technical details.
• 10.) Simplicity should be maintain.
• 11.) Self organization should be promoted in the team.

How to apply scrum --

• By getting your client closely involved
• Create light plan to satisfy stakholders --
• while developing the project with scrum processes, the privoriotized and estimated stories should be listed in your backlog.
• plan two or three releases to your stakholders and discuss about how the replanning will work.
• while using agile process in organization, suggest team eas into scrum by defining set of sprint tyeps --
• For example -- capture requirement, prototyping, analysis and design, implementation and stabilization.
