Net radiation is just the difference between incoming and outging radiation at the surface. The intensity of net radiation changes on grass,pavement ,lighting conditions like day and night and surface temperature like in winter and in summer... The approx values of net radiation at these conditions are mentioned below which will indicate the importance of each factor in controlling the intensity of net radiation.
