exposure to internet, mass media, mobile phones and social
network
- Their attitude and thinking level is different from the very
past generations
- More services will be required for the treatment and management
of chronic and acute health conditions and disabilities in the next
generation, because the demanding of health care will be
incresed

collaberation with multiple health care organizations
- Future generation wish to remain autonomous and in their own
homes, to have smaller families and fewer available caregivers
- they tend to work beyond age 65, and to be more culturally
diverse.
- They also in need of integration of acute, primary
and long-term care with supportive non-medical services required to
maintain physical and cognitive function and a high quality of
life.
- U S census beauru projects reported that, by 2050 there will be
people 65 and older will represent 20% of the total U.S. population
because of increased life expectancy
- There will be the challenge of assuring that sufficient
resources and an effective service system are available in coming
years, when the elderly population is twice what it is today
-
Health professionals must be able to assess needs accurately and
teach at all levels of population due to increased demand of
services according to new generation population
-
Due to incresed tax rates need to be raised ,economic growth is
retarded due to high service costs and the general well-being of
future generations of workers is worse than that of current workers
due to service costs and income transfers there will be more
demanding of health care facilities for long term care
-
Factors such as
- Increse in social security payments
- Growing of medical care insurance costs
- Increased burden associated with uncovered medical expenses
including pharmaceuticals
will increse the additional burden for long term care
- The new generation people, due to incresed knowledge and
exposure demand high quality of care in the long term facility
- There will be anticipated shortages among nurses,
social workers, and geriatricians due to these high demands and
possible factors like because of low wages and lack of benefits,
few opportunities for career advancement, and competition from
other sectors.
- Care givrers should be encouraged to use technology
as one tool to create innovative and affordable long-term
care.
