All the above options are rights of a visual artist but talking about particularly for exclusive rights of a visual artist Options A, B, C, are the exclusive rights enjoyed by a visual artist. The copyright act provides the owner some exclusive rights to publicly perform the work, publicly display the work, and the right to reproduce the work.

Right to publicly display the work- The author of the visual art has the right to display his copyright art to the public through film, slides or television. he can either show the whole art or just show some piece of art or some stills from the film.

Right to publicly perform- This right gives the authority to the artist for performing/executing the copyright art live to the public.

Right of attribution is a moral right of a visual artist mentioned under The Visual Artists Rights Act (VARA) which protects the reputation of an artist. It is an additional right granted by VARA.

Right of first sale and Right to prevent mutilation are also the copyright rights given to visual artists.
