based on the equation above , all variables that exhibit a negative coefficient contribute to a decrease in the overall satisfaction of the customer. Eg : a change of 1 unit in bill causes the satisfaction to go down by 0.07 units. Hence all variables with this inverse relationship must be focused on for improving the customer satisfaction
