Advantages of permitting patients to buy out of the price-controlled system-
1.Money which we spend on healthcare goes to the government ,with the help of that amount government spends it on maintaining and developing the good infrastructure for health care with all the updated technologies.
2.Also when money is given for the services, then the quality of health care automatically rises .No one compromises with the quality of health care system.
3.It is beneficial when you are insured for medical facilities ,because life is so uncertain and if incase you have a serious accident or some major illness, people having no insurance coverage face lot of troubles or sometimes because of these heavy costs they even become bankrupt.

Disadvantages-
Limitations on free medicine system- When you have to bear these heavy medicine costs, you also expect that there shouldn't be any shortage but there's always a problem of limitations of medicines.
Poor services from healthcare is also one of the cons this system.
Apart from this , poor people who are not able to spend on medical system face lot of problems .
