North Carolina act of racial justice has been a very effective law which has been prohibiting of imposing death penalty on the basis of Race.
Industry specific key a school has an ability to determine if the evidence is seeking the death penalty on the basis of Race. If the race is found significant factor in the case then the death penalty is turned into life imprisonment without possibility of Parole.

The voting right act is also won the most important parts in United State of America as it provides ability to each and every race to be eligible for voting in election of the president for United States of America. This type of approach help United States to develop a more effective criteria for creating an ethical society.

Definitely this speech is very persuasive and it would have being as effective to the moral related list as it is to the normal people because of the nature of the speech was in favour of creating a more ethical society by developing a better code of conduct and providing anti discriminatory to the coloured people of United States of America
