Regulation of employment means fixing minimum salaries and wages of workers and employee for protecting their interest.This regulation is set up for benefit of labour.This is basically legal rules set up by the government .employment regulations includes affirmative interventions into the employment.

It includes administrative regulations ,executive orders etc.as per this regulation minimum wages ,maximum number of working hour ,safety standards of employess are fixed.

When there is breach of law then any person can sue to company.Hence it is advisory or mandatory guidelines for the employers.

This regulation is set up for the welfare of worker so that they will get fair wages of their work.As per this standard companies must have to follow health standard.workers should get healthy environment so that they can do work with efficiency.if there is an accident happen then compensation shall be provided by the company to workers.

There are two types of labour relation status

First one is direct employment regulation and second one is self regulation.
