Human relations are the most required in every aspect of life. Humans are the only one who makes relations with anyone who they want to pursue. Their relations are also much required where there comes the relation of employer and employee. For acquiring any new job (example accountant) there comes the requirement of skills and knowledge. For being an accountant the proper knowledge of the subject is one of the basic requirement. Another thing here comes is the human relations skills the person is having.
The skills that would be helpful here are :-
The relationship between employer and employee should keep on
growing. Growing in the sense, keep on improving. Human relations
skills are developed by the understanding and good approach towards
each other. One should suggest each other their faults and flaws to
improve their relations as an employer and employee. So, this is
the conclusion that can be drawn from here.
