From your perspective, which IR theory/theories best describe how states and other actors in the international community should respond (or have responded) to the ongoing pandemic. Explain your reasoning, demonstrating a brand understanding of the IR theory in essay form.

Answer: we can understand it by realism approach, realism means based on reality, fact which is based on logic. According to realism in reality we can define that the ongoing situation due to noble corona virus according to WHO it has been declared as pandamic. In initial phase that is in December when it is in initial condition official must try to contain it at that time but they did not try and the present scenario is that many people around the world suffering from many problems. Many people died and many are suffering from this disease. In China or in USA or in Italy situation was not handled by government officials very well thei did not take the right decision at right time that's why number if people died in those contries compare to others are very large. Country like India and many developing and developed countries learn from them and take initiative to announce lockdown for a long interval so that corona virus cointained. Here in many countries governments suggest their citizens to maintain social distancing and also try to maintain lockdown rules and regulations. Every countries in my point of view should try to follow government guidelines so that many life can be secured. This is a kind of virus which has no vaccine available right now and this can be spread rapidly. If one is infected than he/she can infect a lagre number of people in short interval of time.
