This week research will be easy because the fast-food industry is one that is probably familiar. Have fun discussing this topic. Choose a company in the online product sales industry or an international chain in the fast-food industry. Describe the nature of the company’s international operations, its motivations, its entry strategies, the kinds of implementation problems the firm has run into, and how those problems have been dealt with.

There are many global fast food chains like Domino’s , KFC, Pizzahut , Eagle Boys Pizza, Subway, Starbucks and others, before establishing their business the company will research on the below pointers:

· The availability of the vendors by whom they can establish their business, any foreign fast food company needs local vendors by whom they can start their business. These vendors will purchase the franchise of their product and will sell on their behalf.

· Before opening there centre in any country they analyse the demand for quality foods. Now days everyone is concern about the basic hygiene of any kind of food.

· They analyse if the product which they are going to bring on, if it was previously introduced by any of its global competitors or other local fast food sellers.

· The availability of purchaser, whom they are seeking to sell their product as everyone is not fond of having fast foods. They mainly target the youth and the people aged below 30.

· Availability of local resources for facilitating the operations of its venture.

· The other local food sellers and the prices which they are offering and the quality of the foods they are providing.

· The transport facility of the country to delivery its products to the nearby market.

If they are convinced then they will established their business. After establishment they may face some challenges like over pricing the food, selling same monotonous recipe every time, unable to reach to the mass. Then they will perform the below operations.

· They will spends more on advertising the product by printing pamphlet or advertising on local media.

· They will try to convince the people that by purchasing their product they are buying the best available quality.

· Provide discounts on ordering for the first time or for the many times. Also they can provide some cash back or coupons on bulk order.

· They will provide online offline both facilities for ordering their foods.

· They mostly target to open its venture nearby renowned schools, colleges and offices, where the buyers are available.

· They will try to do some innovations over its competitors, by changing its recipe or adding some special add-ons to the same.

· They will also try to provide value meals in a smaller budget or also they can provide a buy one get one facility or special combo offer.

· Also the company will try to enhance the facility of quick delivery to the door step

· They will provide very peaceful circumstances to its offline buyer, where they can have their meal with having chitchat with his partner or can have it alone in silence.

These are the basic operations which were going to perform by all the foreign fast food companies.
