22. Originally, there exists 3 main types of Organisation's chart which are Hierarchical Organisation Matrix and Flat. Although, the two most common used are the Hierarchical and the Matrix Organisation. Hierarchical is the one in which every entity is the subordinate to another entity which is one. Flat is the organisational structure having no or less middle level managers which have a direct supervision and a high dehree of span of control. Matrix on the other hand is the combination of Flat and Hierarchal structure where levels and no. of people are managed together.
