explanatory requirements are those requirements which are used to describe the situation & cause-effect of that situation like why moving to new city.

following are the example of explanatory requirements- there should be a requirement to move to new city like-

  • job posting to new city
  • experinec new things or culture
  • meet with new people etc.

two hard requirements- hard requirements are those which are neccessary & which can not be trade off on a specific point of time to other requirements like-

  • new place to live like flat,house etc.
  • basic things like clothes,food etc.

three soft requirements- soft requirements are those which can be tradeoff or sacrifice on a sepcific point of time with other requirements like-

  • furniture for new place
  • electronic items like tv,music systems etc.
