Assume you have been designated as a building commissioner for a high-performance green building. Explain what steps you would take to commission the building (a minimum of five steps). Explain the benefits of completing each step and how you would go about completing each step.

●There are five steps are given below that can be take to make high-performance green building with their benefits and method of implementation:-

1) Using sustainable building materials such as recycled glass and steel, as well as renewable materials such as bamboo and rubber.

Benefits:- This will reduce cost and waste material used in the construction.

2) Energy Efficiency Buildings can save on energy usage and cost of energy by utilizing natural light as possible.

Benefits:- Using natural lights will reduce the cost of energy and it can be implemented by constructing more windows and doors so that natural light can come into the building.

3) Some buildings power themselves if there is some renewable energy source available like commercial solar panels.

Benefits:- This will reduce cost for using artificial energy and can be economical to use solar panels.

4) Green Roofs:-

A green roof is a vegetative layer grown on a rooftop of a building.

Benefits of green building is that they reduce temperature of the building and surrounding air.

Recyling and reuse refers to the using the things again and renewed them for use so that it will be economical and eco-friendly.

These can be implemented in buiding by use of such materials in construction which can be recycled and and resuse.
