Is it possible for a game with two players, two choices, and no mixed strategies to have more than two Nash equilibria?
Answer)
Multiple nas equilibrium is observed in those games where dominant strategies are not there & pay offs are not equal for different strategies for example, In battle of sexes nash strategy for husband if wife chooses to go to boxing match then to go boxing match and if wife chooses to go to ballet , then to go ballet.
Similarly nash strategies for wife is to go boxing match if husband chooses to go boxing match & to go ballet if husband chooses ballet.
Therefore nash strategies match if both goes to boxing match & both go to ballet. The pay offs are unequal for 2 players but both (boxing , boxing) & ( ballet , ballet) can result in nash equilibrium.
