s orbitals can only hold 2 electrons, p can hold 6, d can hold
10.
Also, electrons almost NEVER move on to the next orbital/energy
level without completing the previous one, the exceptions being in
elements like chromium where half a filled 3d orbital is stable
enough to have only 4s1 (instead of 4s2)
