Answer)Food package method that uses nitrogen dioxide is known as Modified Atmosphere Packaging or Gas flushing,this helps in preserving packaged foods by reducing amount of oxygen inside sealed package material. The flushing of nitrogen into food package,the oxygen content is reduced and sometimes its almost zero, because of this the bacteria does not grow and cannot oxidize and spoil the food product.

Answer) Egg under normal conditions helps as protection from microbes,loss of moisture and protection from natural predators. The Egg properties to act as leavening and emulsifier especially in foods.
