Ford motor has uniqueness in competitive advantage and has matrix based organisation structure which supoorts global meetings by connecting teams across the globe at one go amd allowing vendor partnerships simultaneously.

The matrix structure being agile enough for fast decision making and being combination of functional and divisional gives higher control and rollout of new strategies and this kind kf structure gives efficiency to move resources and elimination of redundancy giving better efficacy.

Ford is known for its collaboration based leadership style since Henry Fords inception and thus leaders build relationships and collaborate using matrix organisation structure to form long lasting partnership with vendors, customers, investors, board members, media houses, etc.
