Yes, I agree with the strategy to increase tuition will lead to boost total revenue that is choosen by the president of Debrecen University in Hungary. These can be classified as mentioned below:

1. Reduce the cost of Debrecen University along with partnership Universities:

This partnership staregy will help in the reduction of cost of Debrecen University and allow to create new opportunities with minimum risk. For examples specialized degree programs and other academic combination courses will decrease the costs without loosing quality of popular courses. This partnership will be benefitted for all partner universities to improve their academic services and reduce financial burden of universities. This strategy will help to the Debrecen University for minimizing in its administrative costs as well.

2. Provide new higher specialization courses:

New Higher Specialization courses will generate revenue for the Debrecen University. It will increase in new enrollment applicants on their demand of specialization. For Debrecen University, it should be focused on the quality of the courses including online platform as well.
