A Compliance officer is an officer who has responsibilities to ensure the complies of the company with its internal policies and its outside regulatory requirements. He or she ensure that the company is working in full compliance by following all rules and regulations required to run the organization.

The steps i would like to take to assure the organization is complying are as follows:

  • I will create a compliance committee to enforce the standards with disciplinary guidelines which should be communicated to everyone in the practice.
  • After the commitment of an offense, i will conduct an internal investigation and do the proper findings there by submit them to the government and will take the corrective action in the organization itself.
  • I need to act as liaison between government and board of directors of the organization to decide about the policies an organization need to adopt.
  • We will develop lot of compliance programs to educate management and various employees about the rules and regulations so that they can work according to the standard of the organization.
  • I would like to be fair and modest to each and every employee and will make a judgment after knowing all facts and interviewing the concerned employee.
  • I will actively enforce reporting policy mandatory which will help in seeking weaknesses of the organization.
