Expert Solution

1: GAP level is the correct answer as the purpose of the product is to ensure that problems of customers are solved with the introduction of such a product , hence it becomes necessary for the organisation to understand that what is the exact difference in the expectation of the customers from that product and the actual delivers value of the product, this will ensure that company is able to rectify or modify the product to reduce the gap.

Need level cannot be the correct answer as we have already noticed and measured the need and therefore we are introducing the new product. Also, communication however appropriate it is but the basic aim is to solve the current issue of the customers. Same goes for perceived value.

2: ALL THE ABOVE is the correct answer as ideas can be generated through interacting with internal and external stakeholders, this ensures that intelligent minds ponder upon a topic to suggest some workable ideas, also studying competitors is an excellent way of conducting secondary research.
