Texas must have legislation based model as against part time model to ensure integration and concordance amongst all States with equal footing and eliminate ambiguity and uncertainty of various cases which are stuck by giving better control dyanmic and power structure.
No governor should be given full veto power as this causes misuse and generates conflicting views and also it doesn't take unanimous views making it public outcry issues and associated legal challenges prop up simultaneously.
Texas provides too much leeway to local government and thus needs effective regulation to avoid autocratic form of rule and lower down magnitude of strictness and thus ensure higher compliance as as against corrupt practices. Higher regulations also bring uniformity and higher vigilance and thus better governance standards can be observed.
