Front stage activities are those which involve direct communication with customer or consumer. In case of personal shopper business, it will involve:

· Personal executives who go with the client to help them shop or purchase thing son their behalf

· Sales team who pitch about the company and services they are in to attract more customers

· Marketing team who advertise about the product and service offers and plan for placement

· Customer care team to take up request from client and guide them for support

Backstage activities are those which doesn’t involve direct interaction with customer or consumer but are support activities to help Front stage activities. In this case, it will involve:

· IT team who help to prepare and maintain site, develop request processing application etc.

· Insight team who help sales team and marketing team on trends and information

· Training and development team to enhance skill of executives on their interaction

· Human resource team to take care of employee motivation, appraisals, salary processing etc.
