It has introduced so many new things in its airlines like entertainment things, personal cabin, free drinks, video system and hot food. They continously upgrade their planes according to the technology. They were the first one to introduce air bus and fly a non stop aircraft to Los Angeles.
Personnel Differentiation:
The flight attendants of the singapore airlines are so much dedicated towards their work. Their hospitality and welcoming is insane. How they treat their passengers are worth appreciating. They always employee singaporian girls to make a consistent image of their brand. They are well groomed and their dress code is so unique from all other countries.
Financial Decision:
They always avoid long term lease that is why they are able to invest in research and development. They avoid short term mistakes. They try to purchase new equipments which lead to the saving of fuel. They do not compare themselves with the short airlines they always look up themselves as a high brand image. They always plan according to the long term outlook which help them to take effective and efficient decision.
Dimensions they are not good at:
Increasing prices: Price of fuel are increasing day by day and due to the expanded business of the singapore airlines they are not able to cope up with their own consumption and saving which leading to the wastage of many resources.
Consistent Plan: They are following the same plan from the past years that is why they are not so strong to face all the problems and that is why their growth has become very and share prices are decreasing.
